1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Pressure Washer Fix at pressurewasherfix.com, including its browser tools and information. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of the site. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. What the site does
Pressure Washer Fix provides a free, guided decision aid for common consumer pressure-washer symptoms. It presents a limited sequence of user-observable checks and stops where a hazard, internal repair or professional service is indicated.
3. Permission to use the site
We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the site for lawful personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may download or export material that the site expressly makes available for that purpose.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the site to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, introduce malicious code, interfere with the site or other users, bypass security or access controls, or falsely suggest that we endorse you or your work. You must not use automated requests in a way that damages, overloads or materially disrupts the site.
5. Your inputs and outputs
You retain any rights you already have in information or other material you provide. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that material and for checking the accuracy and suitability of any result before relying on it. The site does not obtain ownership of your material merely because you use the tool. Outputs depend on your inputs, settings and device and may require adjustment for your intended use.
6. Site materials
The site’s own code, copy, design and branding are protected by applicable laws and may be owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you. Material belonging to third parties remains subject to its owners’ rights.
7. Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains how the site handles information. Links to external websites or services are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Diagnostic answers are held in the current browser session and the current site does not require an account or use advertising or analytics. If you explicitly ask the optional AI helper to review a description, only the text you submit is sent for that request. The helper returns an editable summary, questions and internal guide links; it does not diagnose the machine, alter safety rules or perform a repair. Do not include personal, payment or confidential information.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the site. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or that every browser or device will work in every environment. Save any output you need.
9. Purchases
The current site does not offer a paid product under these Terms. Any future paid product must identify its product name, description, price, delivery terms, refund terms, technical requirements and any applicable licence terms before purchase. A test checkout or payment-page preview does not by itself create a public offer.
10. Important limits
The site is not a remote diagnosis, repair service, manufacturer manual or substitute for a qualified technician. Stop using the machine and follow the manufacturer’s instructions whenever there is an electrical, fuel, pressure, heat, chemical or other safety concern. The site does not guide internal pump, unloader, bypass, engine, fuel-system or energised electrical repairs and does not promise that a suggested check will fix a machine.
11. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not give warranties about uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of estimates or user-dependent outputs. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss caused by relying on an estimate or output without carrying out the checks appropriate to your situation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow that exclusion or limitation.
13. Ending use
You may stop using the site at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the site, comply with law, or respond to misuse of the site or a breach of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the site or applicable requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Your continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply from that point.
